Dr. Ranjit Suseelan, is a Seafood professional with 34 years of extensive experience in the field of Fisheries & Aquaculture. Had masters in Industrial Fisheries & Doctorate in Mariculture. Worked in middle east for the world’s largest Integrated Aquaculture project, National Aquaculture Group in Saudi Arabia in the capacity as the General Manager for Quality, Food Safety & Sustainability by providing advisory, technology & business solutions. Was spearheading applied R&D, commissioning & commercialization projects, farming & processing and production management. Expertise in field of Systems such as ISO – 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP, BAP, Global GAP, ASC & regulatory requirements of Middle East (GCC), SFDA, ADMA, PME & EU, worked as a consultant for many projects of Saudi Government (SFDA, ADMA, SASO & SAS). He currently heads & leads the Marine Stewardship Council, London, operations for India. He is the Director of M/s AADHYAA, Managing Trustee of Sustainable Seafood Network of India, member of Rotary club of Trivandrum. He held many positions (Chairman – Projects & President). His contributions for Rotary Foundation recognized him as Paul Harris member & Multiple Paul Harris member (2022). He became the President of RCTC for 2021-2022. He was honoured as the best secretary of the Zone & Best president of the Zone – 2 and Outstanding president of the district -3211 for 2021-22. He is now nominated as the Asst Governor for 2024-25
